1. Shipping Charges
- Orders up to Rs. 1,998 are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250.
- Orders of Rs. 1,999 or above qualify for FREE shipping anywhere in Pakistan.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
5. Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
